The Y81-QF-630 is a heavy-duty hydraulic scrap metal baler developed for large-volume metal recycling and scrap processing applications.
The machine is equipped with a large 3500 × 3000 × 1300 mm compression chamber, two main compression cylinders, two side compression cylinders and a hydraulic bale discharge system.
With a bale cross-section of 700 × 700 mm and adjustable bale length from 600 to 2000 mm, the machine can compress bulky steel scrap into dense and manageable bales for transportation, storage and furnace charging.
The Y81-QF-630 adopts PLC automatic control and remote operation, helping operators control the compression and bale discharge processes from a safer working position.
The machine uses two main compression cylinders with a rated thrust of 6300 kN. Two side compression cylinders provide additional compression from the side of the chamber.

The hydraulic system is designed around three 45 kW motors and three A4V-250 hydraulic pumps.
Each hydraulic pump has a rated displacement of 250 ml/r and a nominal pressure of 31.5 MPa. The working pressure of the machine hydraulic system is controlled at no more than 25 MPa.
The large hydraulic oil tank has a capacity of approximately 5000 litres. Around 4500 litres of suitable hydraulic oil are required for normal operation.
A GLB-25 water cooler is installed to control the hydraulic oil temperature during continuous operation.
